I%26#039;ve seen a couple people around my school (mostly girls, although I did see a guy) wearing handcuffs on their belt loops (each cuff attached to a seperate loop). Is this something that%26#039;s considered alright for guys and girls to wear, or just girls? And what %26quot;style%26quot; would that be?

That would be goth or like punk style. It%26#039;s okay I guess. But I don%26#039;t people should do it; your not a police guy.
